No 7 Beautifully Matte Foundation Review.

I was extremely impressed by the coverage this foundation has, for someone who has very oily skin I find It really hard to find a foundation that covers the acne, acne scares and doesn't cause any breakouts, this foundation is very lightweight and easy to apply.

The foundation is perfect for people who have oily or normal skin, the best way to have an even coverage while using this foundation is by applying it with a brush. The No. 7 foundation also tends to last me about 5 to 6 months depending on how much of it I wear, It retails at around £11 and is fairly affordable, with this foundation I feel like you pay what you get for and I have been truly loving this foundation this year.

The foundation also has SPF 15 and while I was on holiday in Italy wearing this foundation I did not get sunburned on my face at all, I didn't even have to apply a sunscreen before applying the foundation, wearing the foundation was enough to protect me from the sun.

Over all I really enjoyed using this product, I feel like it is worth the money. For someone who is very insecure about her acne and acne scares the foundation gives me enough coverage to feel comfortable with my skin. I highly recommend this product

Dealing with Scoliosis , I was diagnosed with Scoliosis over a year ago I have two curves in my spine one of the curves is bent 30° and the other is 25°, the scoliosis was very mild and did not effect my everyday life, however I recently went on a school trip to Italy and when I got back i could barely move without shooting pain running through my spine. I went to the hospital and they gave me some tips and exercises on how to deal with the scoliosis but there are other ways in which I've learned to cope for example standing up and stretching out my back every hour or so, this really helped reduce the pain. Lying on the floor also helped me it does hurt to begin with but it is the mist efficient way to resolve the back pain quickly and finally if the pain is truly unbearable pain killers and muscle relaxers have been a life saver recently.- Lana xx
